Do you cover solely Manchester and Salford?
No. We live and work in Manchester and Salford, and have strong networks of contacts in the two cities. Thus, a high percentage of the opportunities we present to investors are indeed in Manchester and Salford. We do, however, keep a keen eye on the wider North West of England, and will always alert investors to opportunities we consider to be of interest.
Are you developers yourselves?
No. We are on-the ground consultants who source investment opportunities and provide a parallel property management service for our investors. We are not involved in development in any way.
Are you selling on behalf of specific developers.
No. We maintain relationships with many developers and builders, but do not have any contractual arrangement to market developments for any specific developer.
Are you authorised to offer investment advice?
No. We do not offer investment advice, and are not authorised to do so. We source investment opportunities and put these before investors who must make their own decisions on whether to invest.
